For Executives and Leaders at all levels

Executive

Coaching

Process (TACCSS):

TRUST + ENGAGE

Develop understanding, connection, trust and rapport. Complete coaching terms & agreement.

ASSESS

Uncover current challenges, strengths, values, goals and areas for development through assessments, observations, and structured interviews.

COMMIT

Co-create a high-impact development plan with vision and one – two goals aligned to assessment results, and desired business and personal outcomes.

COACH

Using a variety of methods, including presentations, books, discussions, case studies, analysis of real-world examples, collaborative problem solving, observation of “stars” in action, and mentors.

SUPPORT

Providing encouragement that empowers clients to take risks, stay on course even when things “get tough” and be willing to be uncomfortable in order to grow. The coach also supports participants in staying motivated when they “hit plateaus” to ensure client achieves breakthrough performance and reaches developmental milestones.

SUSTAIN

The ultimate goal of coaching is to enable the client to achieve continued success on his or her own. To support this, our desire is to work with the client to build a network or system within the organization/personal life to support ongoing development and continued success of the client.

No athlete ever made it to the Olympics or professional status without a coach. The same is true of high achievers who want to excel at their chosen field and reach their personal and professional goals and potential.

Today’s leaders face unprecedented pressure to deliver innovation and cost-savings in an environment of continuous change and budgetary restrictions. To be successful in today’s business environment, leaders at all levels need to engage in new ways of thinking, observing and acting. Today's leaders need to successfully and simultaneously integrate the head (IQ), the heart (EQ) and the gut (GQTM) in all strategy, interactions and decisions.

Executive coaching maximizes potential and supports leaders to move beyond habitual thoughts and behaviors to create their vision of the future and then successfully execute that vision. A coach supports the client in accelerating development toward their desired goals. Self-reliance and not dependency, is the coach’s purpose.

Coaching is the most effective development tool available to leaders today. Executives, middle managers, emerging leaders, entrepreneurs and small business owners will all benefit from engaging in Executive Coaching.
