Core Focus: During the workshop we incorporate principles for leading organizational change, leading individuals during times of change, and managing our own reactions to change. Leaders will complete a change agility and leadership self-assessment and practice skills for effectively leading the change effort. Participants will engage in activities, discussions, and relevant case studies around SMART ChangeTM Leadership.
