Creating your SMART Leadership VisionTM and personal brand

Your career is your business, and you are the CEO. 

Only you can make and implement the decisions that will take your leadership career and credibility to new heights. One must ask: Do I have clarity of vision for my organization...You, Inc.? What is my strategy for accomplishing that vision? What are my opportunities for growth? What are my personal core values that I live and operate by? How can I be more valuable to my team and customers? When one thinks about his/her career in terms of a business, s/he tends to think about his/her caeer more proactivley and strategically. 

 

Core Focus: You will engage bringing awareness to who you are and what you stand for, and developing a personal leadership brand, vision, and strategy.

 

Primary Learning Outcomes:​​

  • Uncover your core values, what drives you from a deeper place so you can understand how that influences how you lead, manage, make decisions and work. 

  • Create alignment of those values to those of the business to ensure there is congruence.

  • Recognize the components of a powerful leadership brand - your identity and distinctiveness as a leader - and ensuring your brand aligns with the position you want or currently have.

  • Identify a development plan to build your personal leadership brand. ​

  • Develop your SMART Leadership VisionTM - the kind of leader you want to be

  • Identify the gaps between in your current leadership and the SMART Leadership Vision then create an action plan for taking the steps to being the leader you want to be.
